How to start collaborative work

STORM is an online platform for collaborative work with business processes that gives an opportunity for distributed teams to work effectively together, starting with brainstorming around high-level processes and ending with in-depth development of diagrams in BPMN for automation of processes in the Camunda BPM system.

By using STORM, you can take advantage of a full range of collaboration opportunities that contain chat, comments, and diagram interchange among other issues. Everything to help make teamwork easier and simpler.

There are 2 ways of starting collaborative work:

Granting diagram-level access

1. Create and save a diagram 

2. Grant access to specific people

1. 2. Click "Share"
2. Specify your colleagues' emails.
3. Specify the type of rights granted.
4. Click "Grant Access".

And a link to the diagram will be sent to the specified addresses. The diagram will also be displayed in the user's diagram list.

Granting team-level access

All team members automatically obtain access to all diagrams of all members for read or modify them.
