For large teams, it is important to provide fast access to processes.
For this purpose the administrator of the team can specify the allowed domain. If a user with this domain is registered in the system, he will be able to connect to the team (with viewing rights).
To set the domain go to the profile tab:
A user with such a domain will see an offer to connect to your team:
