Roles are a special tool in STORM for generating cost analysis.
Roles are attached to teams, and you must be a team member so that this functionality should operate for you.
To create instructions for a specific role, you need to perform the following:
1. Select a task and enter it:
2. Create or select a role from the list:
From now, this task is assigned to an employee or system.
You can view roles in the process:
In addition to roles in the process, you can view the relationship between your processes and roles:
When you select an item by click (or in the drop-down menu), you can select the item of your interest in and save only the items attached to it:
Click on "View the Description", and the corresponding edit menu will be opened.
This tool will allow you to understand the following:
- What roles your process depends on
- Which processes a specific role is engaged in
